Designated Funds

Designated Funds specify one or more organizations that will receive annual or periodic distributions that donors designate as grant beneficiaries.

The Arc of Washington County Fund- Established by 2002 People’s Choice Award winner William “Mac” McLean to support the operations of The Arc of Washington County, Inc.

Clara Barton Memorial Fund- Established to provide the maintenance, upkeep and beautification of the Clara Barton Memorial sculpture, located in downtown Hagerstown, MD.

Joanne Beckley Fund for Cultural Arts- In memory of Mrs. Beckley, this fund supports cultural programs and activities at Boonsboro Elementary School honoring her long-term service at the school.

BFM Architects Hospice of Washington County Benevolence Fund- Created by People’s Choice awardee, Brent Feight, to benefit the Benevolence Fund at Hospice which works to enhance the quality of life for individuals and their families facing a life-limiting illness even in ways that are outside the scope of the traditional hospice benefit. Often Hospice of Washington County’s nurses, nursing assistants, chaplains, social workers and volunteers visit our new patients and find that they have insufficient food, inadequate heating or cooling, gas to go to doctor’s appointments, and much more. If HWC can help patients and their families with their immediate needs, it will allow the patients to focus on living their life to the fullest and allow our staff to focus on their care. The fund also helps our patient’s families who are need of assistance with funeral expenses so that they can have a dignified burial.

Big Brothers Big Sisters Endowment Fund- Established in honor of PCA winners Charles Rowe (2001) and Gary Weaver (2015),  and in acknowledgement of the 2017 People’s Choice Nonprofit Award.

Boonsboro Historical Society Endowment Fund- To provide financial funding for current initiatives that support the charitable interests of the Boonsboro Historical Society.

Laura A. Bowers Feed the Hungry Fund- A designated endowment created in honor of Laura A. Bowers to provide financial support to the Williamsport Food Bank.

The Carol Brashears Fund for Micah’s Backpack- Created by 2021 People’s Choice Award Winner Carol Brashears, this fund serves the charitable interests of Micah’s Backpack.

Breast Cancer Awareness of the Cumberland Valley Fund- An endowment fund designated for the organization’s efforts to aid breast cancer survivors and families, and provide early detection services and information to support breast cancer research.

B. Marie Byers Fund for the Discovery Station- As a recipient of the 2013 People’s Choice Awards, B. Marie Byers created this fund to support the Discovery Station.

Caitlin’s Crew Fund- Created by the family and friends of Caitlin Breslin to support continuing research for a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.

Coach Jim & Sharon Brown Fund for Camp Sinoquipe- A permanently endowed, designated fund established by Mr. and Mrs. Brown to support the camping activities of the Mason Dixon Boy Scout Council.

The Paul & Harriet Campbell Charitable Fund- Created by Harriett H. Campbell, this fund serves to provide financial support to the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts, Hospice of Washington County, Hagerstown Community Free Clinic, Hagerstown Community College, Washington County Free Library.

Dean and Ruth Canan Fahrney-Keedy Home and Village Activities Fund- Created by Mr. and Mrs. Donovan Beachley, Jr., to support activities and recreational opportunities for residents of Fahrney-Keedy Home and Village in memory of Dean and Ruth Canan.

Cascade Community Endowment Fund- An endowed fund created to benefit activities at Fort Ritchie Community Center and in honor of Buck Browning, the 2018 PCA Nonprofit Shining Star.

Chesapeake Wildlife Heritage Waltersdorf-Henson Endowment Fund: A fund of the Waltersdorf-Henson Endowment Challenge that provides unrestricted operating expenses for Chesapeake Wildlife Heritage, including organizational expenses, project costs and/or educational programs.

Church of the Holy Trinity, United Church of Christ Fund- Created after the dissolution of the Church of the Holy Trinity, United Church of Christ, by the Consistory group, this fund commits to splitting equally 25% for local programs and organizations within Washington County, MD, providing direct service to those in need of safe shelter or mental health services; 25% to programs and organizations providing direct support within Washington County, MD supporting food insecurity, 25% to programs and organizations within Washington County, MD providing housing assistance to homeless persons and families; 25% in support of school/community liaison efforts of Lincolnshire Elementary or succeeding school in the Halfway, MD community.

Clear Spring Elementary School PTA Fund- A designated fund established by Dorothy Truax, a PCA winner in 2000, to support the programs and activities of the Clear Spring Elementary School PTA.

Coffman Nursing Home-  This designated endowment fund shall provide financial support to the charitable interests of Coffman Nursing Home.

Community Free Clinic Endowment Fund- This designated endowment commemorates three People’s Choice Award winners who chose to support the Community Free Clinic with the fund established in their honor: Florence Graff, Janet Newcomer and Dr. Dan McDougal.

Covenant Presbyterian Church– This fund is a designated fund that was established to support the charitable interest of REACH, Children In Need, St. Mark’s Food Bank and Maugansville Ruritan Club.

Blanton Croft Fund for Meals on Wheels- Created by 2015 People’s Choice Award winner Blanton Croft to benefit the Meals on Wheels program in hopes of helping eliminate its long waiting list. This fund also honors the Washington County Commission on Aging, recipient of the 2018 PCA Nonprofit Award.

June Datum Fund for the Maryland Theatre- In honor of the 2018 People’s Choice Winner June Datum to benefit the Maryland Theatre.

Doris B. Dillon Fund- This designated endowment provides financial support for the charitable interests of the Washington County Free Library and the Humane Society of Washington County. Established by Mrs. Dillon, her friends and family have also supported this fund in celebration of her birthday.

Discovery Station Endowment Fund- An endowed fund established to support the activities, events and exhibits at the Discovery Station. Patricia Beard, a 2011 PCA winner, also supported this fund with an endowed gift.

Doleman Black Heritage Museum Endowment – A designated endowment fund created in honor of 2009 PCA winner, Beth Stouffer, to benefit the Doleman Black History Museum.

Dolina Phelan Family Fund- This designated endowment was created to benefit Washington County Community Action Council (CAC).

Peggy Donegan Fund- Created by Mrs. Donegan’s estate, this fund will provide financial support to programs and initiatives of four nonprofit organizations.

R. Lee & Ann Marie Downey Fund for Doey’s House- Created by the Downey family, this designated endowment supports Doey’s House.

Dakota Durning-Blackwood Fund- This fund was created in honor of Jamie Blackwood, 2020 People’s Choice Award winner and will benefit the Long Meadow Volunteer Fire Company.

Darcé Easton Washington County Historical Society Fund- A designated endowment fund established to honor Darcé Easton, a 2013 PCA winner, to benefit the Washington County Historical Society.

Evelyn Eichelberger Children in Need Fund- Established by 2019 PCA winner Evelyn Eichelberger to benefit Children in Need.

David A. Engle Fund for Washington County Family Center – The Washington County Family Center provides education, employment and family self-sufficiency for young parents and their children, birth to age four. Mr. Engle has cited the Family Center as one of the most successful interventions to break the cycle of poverty for young parents.

J. Gilbert Everline Fund for Hagerstown Rescue Mission- Created with an endowment in honor of 2008 PCA winner, J. Gilbert “Buss” Everline, to support the operations of the Rescue Mission.

Fahrney Keedy Fund- Established by Mr. and Mrs. Richard M. Long to support the Fahrney-Keedy Home in Boonsboro to provide quality care for retired men and women as well as assist residents whose resources have diminished.

Ford Family Fund- Established to support the charitable interests of the Ford Family, specifically Holly Place or similar organizations serving this population of Washington County, with preference given to the south county region.

The Joan F. Fulghum Memorial Fund for the Literacy Council of Washington County- This fund will support the Literacy Council of Washington County by helping them establish resources for the distribution of grant monies to Council students, help attract and retain volunteers and provide new and updated materials for tutors.

Fund for Brooke’s House- Established with a gift from Middletown Valley Bank, the Fund for Brooke’s House will benefit the sober living home for adult women in the early stages of substance abuse recovery in Washington County.

Anne E. Garrett Maryland Symphony Orchestra Fund- Created with a gift from the estate of Anne Garrett to support the Maryland Symphony Orchestra.

Anne E. Garrett Maryland Theatre Fund- A designated endowment to support The Maryland Theatre as a result of a gift from the estate of Mrs. Garrett.

Anne E. Garrett SPCA Fund- Created with a gift from the estate of Anne Garrett to benefit the SPCA programs in Washington County, MD.

Howard E. Garrett Fund for the Maryland Symphony Orchestra- Established with a gift from the Howard Garrett estate to support the Maryland Symphony Orchestra.

Howard E. Garrett Fund for The Maryland Theatre- This designated endowment fund was created with a gift from Mr. Garrett’s estate to support The Maryland Theatre.

The Fredericka Garver Memorial Fund- Established by Kenneth H. Dudley in memory of his mother to support the Federal Little League’s programs, with preference given to operational or capital improvements of the Kenneth E. Dudley Field on Northern Avenue.

Dr. Eva Fidelia Gilbert Memorial Fund- An endowment designated for the Hagerstown Rescue Mission created through a charitable gift annuity by Joyce Kaetzel.

Girls Inc. Fund- A designated fund established by Mildred Fiery, a 2000 PCA winner, to support the educational programs and activities of Girls Inc. serving the needs of girls in the west end of Hagerstown with after-school, evening and weekend programs.

Will Godwin Fund for the Therapeutic Gardens at the Western Maryland Hospital Center- A designated endowment fund honoring 2016 PCA winner Will Godwin to provide financial support to the therapeutic gardens at Western Maryland Hospital.

Gross Family Fund- Established by the late Reverend Fred Gross to support the charitable interests of the Gross Family.

Richard & Marjorie Grumbacher Fund for Girls Inc.- Created by the Grumbachers to support Girls Inc.

Jerry Overdorff Fund for Habitat for Humanity- In honor of 2008 PCA winner, Jerry Overdorff, this designated endowment benefits Habitat for Humanity.

Hagerstown Aviation Museum Operating Endowment- This fund was established to provide support for initiatives supporting the charitable interests of the Hagerstown Aviation Museum.

Hagerstown Community College Robinwood Players Fund- A designated fund created to provide support for the Robinwood Players’ productions.

Hagerstown Roundhouse Museum Fund- Blaine Snyder, a 2007 PCA winner, created this designated endowment to benefit the Hagerstown Roundhouse Museum.

Hagerstown YMCA Endowment Fund- A designated fund established to help provide operating funds for the Hagerstown YMCA’s wide array of programs and services for children and families.

Hagerstown YMCA Waltersdorf-Henson Endowment Fund- A fund of the Waltersdorf-Henson Endowment Challenge to support membership and program opportunities for those who could not otherwise afford memberships at the Hagerstown YMCA.

Hancock Christmas for Others Fund- Created in honor of 2010 People’s Choice Award winners, Dr. Dan and Deb Murphy, this designated endowment provides financial support to Christmas for Others through Hancock United Methodist Church, offering assistance to the less fortunate citizens in the Hancock community at Christmas.

Hancock Youth Fund- Created by 2007 People’s Choice Award winner, Dan Fleming, to support the Hancock Little League.

Marion J. and Elaine S. Harshman Fund- A designated endowment fund for St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Keedysville.

William Hatton and Jeanne Doney, Dedicated Ushers, Fund for the Maryland Theatre- Created by 2023 People’s Choice Award Winners Willam Hatton and Jeanne Doney, this funds serves the charitable interests of The Maryland Theatre.

Charlotte E. Hawbaker Fund- Created by Ms. Hawbaker’s estate, this fund will benefit The Salvation Army of Hagerstown, The Salvation Army of Chambersburg, Holly Place and an organization that provides adult day care or adult respite services.

Head Start of Washington County Endowment Fund- This designated fund supports the charitable interests and operations of Head Start of Washington County.

C. William Hetzer Community Fund- Created by the estate of C. William Hetzer, this fund honors the charitable intents of the Hetzer Charitable Trust.

Home Ramp Project Fund- William K. Beard, winner of the 2007 PCA’s, created this designated endowment to support the installation of handicapped accessible ramps in homes of disabled residents of Washington County.

Hospice of Washington County Inc. Endowment Fund- This endowment fund supports agency operations, with an emphasis on Doey’s House.

Humane Society PCA Fund- As winners of the 2016 Nonprofit of the Year Award, the Human Society received an endowment fund created in their honor.

William and Sylvia Hunsberger Fund- Created by Mr. and Mrs. Hunsberger as a designated fund supporting accredited continuing education programs for the professional staff at Brook Lane Health Services.

Interfaith Service Coalition – This designated endowment fund supports Interfaith Service Coalition, who serves low-income, elderly or disabled residents in and around Hancock and western Washington County.

Barb Jacob Fund for The Maryland Theatre- A designated fund established in honor of 2014 People’s Choice Award winner Barb Jacob to support the charitable interests of The Maryland Theatre.

Lois and William Justice Family Fund- Created by Mr. and Mrs. Justice to provide financial support to programs and initiatives of six designated Washington County nonprofit organizations.

Paul Kadin Fund for the Boonsboro American Youth Soccer Organization- This endowment fund was created to honor PCA winner Paul Kadin who elected to designate it for the Boonsboro American Youth Soccer Organization.

Anita Kay Commission on Aging Fund- Created in honor of 23rd Annual People’s Choice Award recipient Anita Kay, this fund serves to benefit the Washington County Commission on Aging and its various programs, including Meals on Wheels.

King’s Daughters Designated Endowment- This fund will provide financial support to Children in Need, Community Free Clinic, Hagerstown Area Religious Council and the Salvation Army.

Charles Koontz Fund for DeafNet- In honor of 2011 People’s Choice Award winner Charles Koontz to benefit the work of DeafNet, an organization serving the hearing impaired.

Leadership Washington County Endowment Fund- This fund provides financial support for the current initiatives of Leadership Washington County.

Literacy Council of Washington County Fund- Created in honor of 23rd Annual People’s Choice Award recipient Becky Hein, this fund serves to benefit the Literacy Council of Washington County.

Bernie & Marguerite Lesky Family Fund for Doey’s House- The Lesky family took advantage of the Endow Maryland Tax Credit to create this designated fund to benefit Doey’s House.

Bernie & Marguerite Lesky Family Fund for St. Joseph Catholic Church- The Lesky family created this designated fund to benefit St. Joseph Catholic Church.

John Long Fund for the Humane Society- Created with an endowment in honor of 2005 People’s Choice Award winner John Long to benefit the Humane Society of Washington County.

Maryland Food Bank, Western Branch Fund- A designated fund that supports the Hagerstown Area Religious Council (HARC), who shares the funds with area food banks to help offset the fees for transportation billed to them by the Maryland Food Bank.

Maryland Symphony Orchestra Waltersdorf-Henson Endowment Fund- A fund of the Waltersdorf-Henson Endowment Challenge that supports the Maryland Symphony Orchestra’s artistic programming budget and youth education program.

Maryland Theatre Operating Endowment Fund- A designated endowment created by Mr. and Mrs. William Young, Jr. to support operating expenses for The Maryland Theatre.

Mason-Dixon Council, Boy Scouts of America Endowment Fund- A designated fund created to support the programs and activities of the local Boy Scouts of America, including the Richard Leverette Spirit of the Eagle Memorial.

Sharon Mattingly Fund for Funkstown School- Established in honor of 2006 People’s Choice Award winner, Sharon Mattingly, to to support WCPS Pre-K programs.

Karen McClendon Trinity Reformed Church of Christ Endowment Fund- Created by the McClendon estate, this fund provides support for current initiatives of the Trinity Reformed Church of Christ in Boonsboro.

Robert McCusker Fund for the Hancock Historical Society- An endowment established in honor of 2006 PCA winner Robert McCusker for the Hancock Historical Society Museum.

Michael R. McKee Fund- Created by the estate of Michael R. McKee, this fund shall provide financial support for the charitable interests of St. Johns United Church of Christ and Blairs Valley First Church of God, both of Clear Spring, Maryland.

Meritus Cancer Services Fund- A designated fund created to supplement the operating budget of Meritus Cancer Services.

Meritus Healthcare Auxiliary Fund- A designated fund established to honor Susan Fiedler, a 2014 People’s Choice Award winner, that supports the charitable interests of the Meritus Healthcare Auxiliary.

Meritus Healthcare Foundation Waltersdorf-Henson Endowment Fund- A fund of the Waltersdorf-Henson Endowment Challenge for unrestricted opportunities to expand funding for new initiatives that will improve the hospital’s services.

MIHI Endowment Fund- Established by Mr. Linn Hendershot, a 2004 PCA winner, to benefit Many Individuals Helping Individuals (MIHI), an organization dedicated to improving life participation through the establishment of recreation areas accessible to the disabled.

Betty Jane Miller Fund- Created by Mrs. Miller’s estate, this fund shall provide financial support for medical and health-related services for underprivileged residents of Washington County, MD, specifically Community Free Clinic, Family Healthcare of Hagerstown and TriState Community Health Center in Hancock.

Mike and Paula Mittel Family Fund- Created by Mike and Paula Mittel, to benefit the charitable interests of seven different agencies. 

Mount Hope Prison Ministry Endowment Fund- Created in honor of 2017 People’s Choice Award winner, Jackie Fouche, to benefit Mount Hope Prison Ministry.

Ira “Junior” Moats Fund for Martha’s House- Established to recognize 2019 PCA winner Ira Moats, this fund will benefit Martha’s House in Hancock.

National Road Heritage Foundation Endowment Fund- The sole purpose of this fund is to ensure the longevity for the National Road Museum and Trolley Station Museum in Boonsboro by providing yearly financial support to assist operations and improvements to both museums.

Thomas and Esther Newcomer Fund –This designated endowment fund will provide financial support to Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Child Evangelism Fellowship.

Bette Nicholas Fund for St. Ann’s Church- Established in honor of 2014 People’s Choice Award winner Bette Nicholas, this designated fund supports the charitable interests of St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church.

The Elizabeth Niemyer Cat Fund- A designated endowment fund created with a gift from the Elizabeth Niemyer estate to provide funding to nonprofits that spay, neuter and vaccinate the feral cat population.

Frank and Yoshi Park Salvation Army Fund- A designated endowment fund created by Mr. and Mrs. Park to support the programs of the Salvation Army.

The Michael Patrick Memorial Fund- This fund shall provide financial support for current initiatives that support the charitable interests of Star Community, Inc.

Connie Pauley Way Station Endowment Fund- Established in honor of Connie Pauley, a 2003 PCA winner, to support the programs and services of Way Station.

Potomac Center Volunteer Association Fund- This designated endowment commemorates two PCA winners who chose to provide financial support to the volunteer association at Potomac Center with the fund established in their honor: Ernest “Bub” Snodderly, Jr. and Richard Schnurr.

REACH, Inc. Endowment Fund- A designated fund honoring several People’s Choice Award winners to support the programs and services of REACH, Inc., including Cindi Messersmith, Vivian Hackman, James and Ethel Martin, William Bulla and James Marshall.

REACH, Inc. Waltersdorf-Henson Endowment Fund- A fund of the Waltersdorf-Henson Endowment Challenge established to support the general operating expenses of REACH, Inc.

Howard Rockwell Fund for Breast Cancer Awareness- Howard Rockwell, a 2009 PCA winner, chose to create this designated endowment fund for Breast Cancer Awareness.

Rotary Club of Hancock Endowment Fund- This fund shall provide financial support for current initiatives of the Rotary Club of Hancock.

Rotary Club of Long Meadows Endowment Fund- The purpose of the Rotary Club of Long Meadows Endowment Fund is to provide financial support for Brooke’s House.

Rotary Sunrise Foundation Waltersdorf-Henson Endowment Fund- An unrestricted fund of the Waltersdorf-Henson Endowment Challenge to benefit the charitable interests of the Rotary Sunrise Club.

Salvation Army Endowment Fund- Established by an anonymous donor to support the activities and mission of the Salvation Army in Washington County.

The Lou Scally Fund- The Community Foundation’s Board of Trustees, WHAG, friends and fans established this fund in honor of Lou Scally and his decades of service to the community. It benefits the Challenger Little League at Maugansville.

Agnita M. Stine Schreiber Fund- This designated fund will benefit the nonprofit organizations chosen by the family.

Eloise Shaffer Memorial Fund- This fund provides financial support for current initiatives that support the interests of Girls Inc.

Linda Shelbert Fund- Created by her family, this fund will provide support to one or more of her charitable interests.

Buck Shipley Fund for Habitat for Humanity- In honor of 2011 People’s Choice Award winner, Robert “Buck” Shipley to benefit the ongoing work of Habitat for Humanity of Washington County.

Social Services Help Center Fund- Established by Betty Willson, a 2000 PCA winner, to support programs and services of the Social Help Center of the Council of Churches, providing food, counseling and clothing for those in financial need.

Southern Washington County Fire and Rescue Fund- Established by the Nora Roberts Family Foundation, this fund provides financial support for the operations of fire and rescue companies in Southern Washington County, Maryland.

Star Community Endowment Fund- Star Community created this fund to support the organization’s operational and charitable pursuits.

Star Community Waltersdorf-Henson Endowment Fund- An unrestricted fund of the Waltersdorf-Henson Endowment Challenge to benefit the charitable interests of Star Community with primary emphasis on the Ventures and Equestrian programs.

Phoebe Steffey Operating Fund- This fund provides support to the Community Foundation’s operating budget.

David M. Swacina Cedar Ridge Endowment Fund- A designated fund created by the board of directors and friends of Cedar Ridge Ministries to honor Dave’s 30 years as administrator of the organization. The fund provides support to the charitable interests and current initiatives of the Cedar Ridge Children’s Home and School.

Tabitha’s Table Food Pantry Fund- Created to support the charitable interests of Tabitha’s Table Food Pantry, a group of people in the Smithsburg area that come together so no neighbor goes hungry.

R. Wayne Taylor Fund for the HCC Amphitheater- In honor of 2012 People’s Choice Award winner Ronald Wayne Taylor to provide financial support to the amphitheater at HCC.

Ernie Truax Fund for Hancock Rescue Squad- A designated endowment fund created by 2015 People’s Choice Award winner Ernie Truax to provide financial support to the Hancock Rescue Squad.

The United Way of Washington County Endowment Fund- A designated fund created by the United Way Board of Directors to support the operations of the United Way of Washington County, MD.

United Way Foundation Waltersdorf-Henson Endowment Fund- An unrestricted fund of the Waltersdorf-Henson Endowment Challenge for the charitable purposes of the United Way of Washington County, MD.

Fred L. and Linda J. Vestal Fund- Established by the Vestals to provide equal financial support to the Hagerstown YMCA Endowment Fund and Hospice of Washington County.

Jean Wainwright Food Bank Fund- Established by Jean Wainwright, a 2001 PCA winner, to support the Hagerstown Area Religious Council, who shares the funds with area food banks to help offset the fees for transportation billed to them by the Maryland Food Bank.

Waltersdorf Family Boys & Girls Club Endowment Fund- Established by the John Waltersdorf Family to support the programs of the Boys & Girls Club, to provide a positive place for after-school and summer activities, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances.

Waltersdorf Family Endowment Fund for the Maryland Symphony Orchestra- A designated fund of the John Waltersdorf Family created to supplement the orchestra’s own endowment fund and generate income to support the Maryland Symphony Orchestra’s wide range of educational and community outreach programs.

Waltersdorf Family Endowment Fund for the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts- A designated fund of the John Waltersdorf Family to provide support for the Museum’s operating expenses, Permanent Collection display, special exhibitions, concerts, lectures and art classes.

Margaret S. Waltersdorf Hagerstown Day Nursery Endowment Fund- A designated fund in honor of Margaret Waltersdorf to provide additional operating income for the school, which is the oldest of its kind still operating in the state of Maryland. The nursery provides affordable care for children ages three through kindergarten.

The Paulie Ward Fund for Meals on Wheels- Established by 2021 People’s Choice Award Winner Paulie Ward, this fund supports the charitable interests of the Meals on Wheels program at the Washington County Commission on Aging.

Washington County Museum of Fine Arts Waltersdorf-Henson Endowment Fund- An unrestricted fund of the Waltersdorf-Henson Endowment Challenge for the charitable purposes of the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts.

Dorothy Ida Sellent Werking & Albert E. Werking Fund- To provide financial support for current initiatives of Doey’s House.

Western Maryland FCA Endowment Fund- This fund will support the activities and mission of the Western Maryland FCA.

Western Maryland Hospital Auxiliary Fund- This designated endowment commemorates two People’s Choice Award winners who chose to support the activities of the Western Maryland Hospital Center Auxiliary with the fund established in their honor: Anne Hinkle and Hugh Brandenburg.

Western Maryland Hospital Center Welfare Fund- Established by Mildred Fiery, a 2000 People’s Choice Award winner, to support the programs and activities of the hospital’s welfare fund.

Noel Williams Fund for Williamsport Interact- In honor of 2012 People’s Choice Award winner, Noel Williams, this fund supports the activities of the Interact Club serving the Williamsport area in conjunction with Rotary.

Williamsport Food Bank Fund- An endowment established in honor of 2006 PCA winner Mary Anna Kline to support the activities of the Williamsport Food Bank.

Williamsport Retirement Village Endowment Fund- Created by the Williamsport Retirement Village to support their current initiatives.

Women’s Club Foundation Endowment Fund- To provide financial support for the maintenance, upkeep and preservation of the Women’s Club building.

Ron Zello Hope Center at Hagerstown Rescue Mission Fund– Created by 2023 People’s Choice Award Winner Ron Zello, this fund will support the charitable interests of the Hope Center at the Hagerstown Rescue Mission.
