Stacey Crawford
Stacey is president/CEO for the Community Foundation and works closely with donors to help them fulfill their charitable goals by finding the fund that’s right for them. She also works with the board of trustees, professional advisors and nonprofits in the community to inspire and grow philanthropy for the benefit of Washington County. Prior to coming to the Community Foundation, Stacey served as executive director of college advancement at Hagerstown Community College (HCC) for six years where she was responsible for the management and administration of the HCC Foundation, HCC Alumni Association and independent volunteer board. She is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and member of Leadership Frederick County Class 2010, Leadership Washington County Class 2017 and Rotary Club of Hagerstown. In her spare time, Stacey spends time with her husband, three sons and daughter. She likes watching WVU sports, coaching Track and Field and helping with her family’s thoroughbred horse operation.

Sarah Burge
Sarah is the director of community impact and donor engagement and enjoys working with fundholders to show them how they can make an impact on our community. She also helps nonprofit organizations find funding sources through our various granting programs. Sarah manages more than 90 scholarship funds and applications. Before the Community Foundation, she served as the development coordinator for HCC, where she coordinated all athletic scholarships, re-organized and led the Booster Club, managed all volunteers and directed various fundraising events. Sarah has been an adjunct instructor at HCC since 2012 in the HPELS department. She is a graduate of Leadership Washington County Class 2019. Sarah lives in Waynesboro with her husband, Thomas, and her dog, Scout. She is a big college basketball fan and can usually be found somewhere watching a game.

Susan Buchanan
Susan is the Community Impact Manager for the Community Foundation and works closely with nonprofit organizations to provide grant support through CFWC’s field of interest and agency funds. Prior to coming to the Community Foundation, Susan served as the Director of Grants for Washington County, MD where she managed various grant programs and initiatives including Gaming Commission grants, Community Organization Funding, and the Local Management Board. Susan lives outside Williamsport with her husband and dog, Lucy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two children and spoiling her grandchildren, Mason and Aubrey.

Hannah Coulter
Hannah is the Donor Engagement Manager and works closely with scholarship and donor advised fundholders to assist them in meeting their charitable goals. A Washington County native, she is a graduate of Clear Spring High School, Hagerstown Community College (Associate of Art in Psychology) and Frostburg State University at USMH (Bachelor of Science in Psychology). Prior to joining the Community Foundation team, Hannah was a paraprofessional with WCPS. Hannah lives in Greencastle with her husband, Jordan, and her cat, Smokey. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
