Here at the Foundation, we’re in the midst of what’s still an atypical graduation season for Washington County High School seniors! Sarah Burge, Director of Grants and Donor Relations attended Smithsburg High School’s scholarships & honors ceremony and awarded the following. Alongside her, to present a scholarship honoring her late daughter Charas, was Simone Heurich.
