Terry and Peggy Carroll Endowed Scholarship Created

A new scholarship fund was created this month by Terry and Peggy Carroll - an endowed scholarship fund that seeks to provide scholarships to students pursuing training as teachers using criteria from the Washington County Retired Educational Personnel Association (WCREPA). Scholarships shall be awarded to students according to guidelines and procedures set forth by the WCREPA.
